The Gravy Lab assumes all clients have permission from their rightful owner to use any code, scripts, data, content, images, graphics, and reports as provided by the client for inclusion in its materials, and will hold harmless, protect, and defend The Gravy Lab from any claim or suit arising from the use of such work. All other text, graphics, audio, design, software, and other works published by The Gravy Lab are the copyrighted works of The Gravy Lab. All Rights Reserved. Any redistribution or reproduction of any materials herein is strictly prohibited.
The Gravy Lab retains the right to display and link to graphics and other web content elements as examples of their work in their portfolio and as content features in other projects.
Clients of The Gravy Lab are responsible for incurring the cost, if any, of transferring any and all domains, phone numbers, content, or other work created by The Gravy Lab for the client’s use during any campaign or project. Hosting of any domains, content, phone numbers, or other work will be provided by The Gravy Lab for no longer than (2) years unless otherwise stated in the client’s contract, after which time all items mentioned above will become the property of The Gravy Lab and may be deleted or terminated unless otherwise requested by the client at or before that time.
In no event will a client or The Gravy Lab be liable to the other for any special, indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages arising under or as a result of this agreement or the termination thereof, including but not limited to the loss of prospective profits or anticipated sales. The Gravy Lab cannot and does not guarantee specific results, timeframes, or success rates.
The Gravy Lab reserves the right to update its terms and conditions at any given time without notice. Your use of this website signifies your agreement of these terms. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you should stop visiting this website and contact us at (603) 239-3900.
The Gravy Lab reserves the right to suspend, disconnect, cancel, delete, forward, or transfer any and all services provided by The Gravy Lab to a client as a result of non-payment for services rendered, violation of Terms of Use, and/or at the discretion of The Gravy Lab.
DIGITAL MARKETING CAMPAIGNS:
The Gravy Lab will directly forward any and all inquiries to its client via the method specified by the client at the execution of their contract. The Gravy Lab is not liable for the type or quality of lead generated through its services and cannot guarantee the frequency or amount of inquiries that will be generated through a campaign. The Gravy Lab strongly recommends that its clients maintain regular and diligent contact with any and all campaign inquiries presented by The Gravy Lab and does not prequalify any leads, inquiries, or contact information presented to its clients.
DISCLOSURE OF PERSONAL INFORMATION TO THIRD PARTIES
We do not disclose your Personal Information or information about your use of our website (such as the areas you visit or the services you access) to anyone, except in the following situations:
- To third parties if you consent to such disclosure or if such disclosure is necessary for you to receive the services you want. For example: You need services outside the scope of what The Gravy Lab offers and consent to providing one of our affiliates with your contact information to complete your goals.
